Evaluation

Review & Direction

Three-month performance review across content, ads and brand. Evaluate co-location at the Thapae Gate building. Spice Garden and venue-specific branding begins.

Month 4–5
Scale

Expansion & Events

Event branding kits, venue signage and environmental design for both locations. Ad optimisation from three months of data. Packaging, menus and physical touchpoints rolled out.

Month 6
Legacy

Full Brand System & Renewal

Complete asset library handover. Website launch. Renewal discussion with full performance report. CNX Social established as Chiang Mai's go-to events brand.
